$50.00Indoor Triathlon at the Beechmont Racquet & Fitness Center, Cincinnati, Ohio. Small 6-person heats will compete in Swim, Bike and Run segments for a total combined scoring in both distance and rank results.
- Swim 10 minutes in lap pool
- Bike 30 minutes on a stationary bike
- Run 20 minutes on a treadmil
